Exchanges and Returns
If an exchange or return is needed, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Exchanges are handled by returning the item for a refund and repurchasing. The simplest way to handle exchanges and returns is via our self-service portal:  https://account.charlestonbelt.com. 

To enter the portal you will be prompted for your email address and a one-use password will be sent to you.  Once the return is approved, the system will send a return shipping label.  If exchanging, you will find a link to the online store and will be able to select the new item from the portal to purchase.

Unfortunately, gift cards and personalized/custom items are non-returnable.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
